I have been trapped in Shoreline by the excessive snowfall! I'm so glad to be back home. Spent a few nights because my friends live right on the busline and then kept getting snowed in every time I turned around, lol. Will post a ton of photos and stories soon, need to find my camera in my mess now. Yeah, the snow is melted for a few days. It's awfully pretty, but I was tired of my snow boots, lol.

So last night I got busy and finished Mary Lou's apron for the Victorian Country Christmas Show this weekend. If I say so myself, it turned out pretty dang cute. I used a battenburg lace xmas tree skirt I found at the Goodwill for $3.99; just added a bib and ties to it. It's gorgeous, she took it home and gave it a good ironing and starching and will have the coolest apron at the show today.

So, after I made this gorgeous creation; she asked if I had any business cards to hand out. Got to love friends that remind you of your procrastination habit. So, as of today I have cool business cards coming shortly in the mail so I can actually tell people I'm creative........and how to contact me!

Well, time to skedaddle out of the office and hit the highway for home sweet home via dv group.

It's the pedicure gals! These are the gals I have coffee with in the mornings and when we all feel flush we go get pedi's and have lunch. Nothing quite as fun as gabbing with the girls. And then add in coffee and a pedicure and life rocks. They have helped me tremendously this last year to get out of my shell again and enjoy life.

Oh so I decided Hildepink will stay in the background for now, and renamed my blog. Maybe when I'm feeling more secure I'll be ready to bring Hildepink to life.
